Welcome to AffiWise. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AffiWise platform, dashboards, funnels, resources, creator programs, and any related tools or services (“Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the AffiWise platform.

1. Introduction

Purpose of These Terms

These Terms define the rights and responsibilities between AffiWise (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any creator, partner, or individual (“you,” “creator,” “user”) accessing our website, dashboards, funnels, or affiliated systems.

Our goal is to provide transparency around how AffiWise operates as a creator affiliate network and how users are expected to interact with our Services.

2. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms to reflect evolving policies, compliance requirements, or product updates. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

3. Definitions

• “Creator” / “Partner” — an approved user participating in AffiWise’s affiliate or creator program.

• “Services” — the AffiWise website, creator dashboard, funnels, partner resources, analytics, tracking systems, and support channels.

• “FTD” (First-Time Depositor) — a referred user who successfully registers and deposits with a partnered broker.

• “CPA” (Cost Per Acquisition) — a fixed commission paid for an eligible FTD based on geo and qualification rules.

• “Content” — posts, clips, text, comments, images, or other material submitted or published by creators.

4. Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use AffiWise. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Compliance Requirement

Creators must comply with local advertising laws, platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and financial promotion guidelines.
AffiWise may suspend access for violations.

5. Description of Services

AffiWise provides creators with:

• Affiliate tracking links

• High-converting trading funnels

• Geo-optimised landing pages

• Commission reporting dashboards

• Creator support and onboarding resources

• Performance insights and optimisation guidance

AffiWise does not:

• Provide financial advice or recommendations

• Guarantee any earnings

• Act as a broker or financial institution

• Execute trades or handle deposits

All trading activity occurs through third-party licensed brokers.

6. User Responsibilities

By using AffiWise, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Use the platform lawfully

• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant claims in your content

• Follow all rules provided in our compliance guidelines

• Not impersonate AffiWise, brokers, or financial professionals

• Not promise or imply guaranteed trading profits

Creators must ensure all content used to promote funnels is compliant and not misleading.

7. Permitted Use of Services

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the AffiWise platform for legitimate promotional purposes.

You may:

• Use tracking links and funnels provided by AffiWise

• Promote funnels through your social media channels

• Review your commissions, analytics, and reports

• Use approved marketing materials

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Engage in spam, fraudulent traffic, incentivised sign-ups, or misleading promotions

• Make false statements about trading performance

• Promise returns, profits, or financial outcomes

• Use paid ads unless explicitly authorised

• Manipulate or interfere with the tracking system

• Use VPN manipulation or geo-fraud

• Promote to minors

• Use unapproved scripts, funnels, or materials that misrepresent AffiWise or partner brokers

Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of commissions, or permanent removal.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting or uploading content through our Services, you grant AffiWise a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reference, or use the content for promotional or operational purposes.

You confirm your content does not violate third-party rights.

10. Commissions & Payments

Commission Structure

• CPA amounts vary by geo and program tier

• Only qualified, verified FTDs generate commission

• Fraudulent or non-compliant traffic results in forfeited earnings

• Commissions are paid on a monthly schedule unless otherwise stated

Payment Rules

AffiWise may withhold payment if:

• Fraud is suspected

• Traffic quality violates platform rules

• A partner broker reports invalid activity

• Identity verification is incomplete

AffiWise reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions according to partner-broker compliance requirements.

11. Reporting & Analytics

AffiWise provides performance dashboards for transparency.
However, technical delays or discrepancies may occur due to third-party broker integrations.

AffiWise is not responsible for:

• Delayed reporting from brokers

• API outages from external systems

• Misreporting caused by third-party technical issues

We will always attempt to resolve discrepancies quickly and fairly.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All funnels, landing pages, dashboards, branding, designs, logos, code, and marketing assets are owned by AffiWise.

Creators may not:

• Copy funnels

• Rebuild or replicate our systems

• Use our assets outside the program

• Modify any proprietary material

AffiWise grants creators limited permission to use provided promotional assets.

13. Disclaimers and Warranties

AffiWise provides Services “as-is.”
We do not guarantee:

• income

• conversion rates

• trading results

• funnel performance

• uninterrupted service

• accuracy or reliability of broker data

Creators understand that earnings vary based on traffic, engagement, niche, geo, and content consistency.

AffiWise is not liable for:

• financial losses

• missed earnings

• broker performance

• trading outcomes

• platform downtime

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffiWise is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• lost income or lost profits

• delays or errors in reporting

• actions of third-party brokers

• misuse of the Services

Your use of the platform is voluntary and at your own risk.

15. Third-Party Relationships

AffiWise partners with licensed brokers.
Creators acknowledge:

• All trading activity occurs on third-party platforms

• Brokers may have separate terms, rules, and verification procedures

• AffiWise is not responsible for broker decisions, account approvals, or deposit issues

Creators may be required to accept additional broker terms.

16. Suspension & Termination

AffiWise may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• fraudulent activity

• misleading promotions

• traffic manipulation

• non-compliance with financial advertising rules

• abusive behaviour

• violations of these Terms

Creators may terminate their account at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffiWise operates.
Any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
